Getting help
If you have a question or experience problems with SPAM-Buster, then the mailing
list is your first resource. Before posting, please make sure that the
same question hasn't been asked/answered before by using the archive. Do
not send me e-mail asking for help with setting up SPAM-Buster –
post your question to the mailing list. I read the mailing list, too, so
if nobody else is able or willing to answer your question, I might do that
if I feel it's worth it. I don't get paid for my
work on SPAM-Buster, and yes, I do have a real life that I need to take
care of. Also note that you're expected to have some knowledge about email
– if you don't, you're urged to go and learn some on your own before
you start asking questions that have already been answered a million times.
Finally, please bear in mind that SPAM-Buster is not intended to be (and cannot
be) a solution for each and every SPAM problem in the world –
as most commercial SPAM programs, it is designed to fit in the most common scenarios.
